Jaguar Land Rover Showcases A Remote-Controlled Car From A Smartphone’s App

Jaguar Land Rover is working on a prototype (UK-based team) that will develop autonomous driving.

With the remote-controlled Range Rover Sport shows how a driver can manipulate the car from outside just by using their smartphone.

The user needs to download the app and it will allow the user to control the ff:

  1. Steering
  2. Accelerator
  3. Brakes
  4. Change from High and Low Range

The app will also allow the driver to walk alongside the car with a max speed of 4mph. With that technology you can manoeuvre out of difficult parking spaces or even rough terrains!

It will take some time for Land Rover to release this in the market as they are still under R&D, I am sure many are keen to wait for this special feature!
