SVO, Land Rover’s special vehicle operations division partnered with Holland and Holland to create a special edition luxury SUV with allocation of space for all the items that a typical Range Rover owner needs.
The target market is deemed as someone who lives in some kind of an estate in the British Isles who, for a past time, hunts whatever game he can find. He owns a lot of Wellies and wears tweed.
According to marketwatch.com “SVO started with the Autobiography Black edition of the Range Rover, which features a stretched wheelbase and first-class reclining seats for rear passengers. SVO chose tan-colored leather with Holland & Holland embroidery for the interior of this special edition, which features all the options one could select for the long-wheelbase Range Rover like electrically deployable walnut tables, enhanced storage compartments, a special lighting system, and USB ports. SVO also chose French walnut veneer for the interior accents, polished to resemble the oil-finished gunstocks that the gun maker is famous for. Holland & Holland’s expert engravers have also contributed their art to the center console and the internal door handles, which feature the gunmaker’s brand-defining acanthus scroll”
The whole car wouldn’t be complete without a custome made gun cabinet system in the back. Including a leather-trimmed aluminum loadspace. The cabinet’s interior, is designed to carry two Holland and Holland shotguns. If you need more luggage space, the cabinet is removable as well.
The special edition is marked with a special dark green exterior, one-of-a kind grille design, gunmaker’s badge and and additional chrome highlights.
The company only plans to build 40 units of the Holland and Holland edition only within the territory of the British Isles.
